How to register
All participants must fill out the registration form. An email confirming your registration will be sent to you once the process is completed.
The early bird rate ends on September 30th, 2025.
- All payments should be made in EURO (€) by credit card (Master Card, VISA or American Express) or by wire transfer by November 15th, 2025
- No registration / reservation will be confirmed without completion of payment
- Please use a credit card which is valid at least until November 30th, 2025
- Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about 10 days later due to system matter
For payment by wire transfer, download the bank details.
The student and regular fees include the welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks. The gala dinner must be ordered during the registration.
